In the app

iPhone and Android: open Settings, then Delete account. On the web: sign in and open your account page, then Delete my account.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, your profile and preferences, trips you own (for everyone on them), your memberships of other trips, your notifications and any VIP access. Notes you wrote on other people's trips stay, shown as “Former member”. Backups expire within 35 days.

Can't sign in?

Email [contact email to be completed] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
